TH Family Tree

TH Family Tree is where I like to share some of my favorite woman owned businesses. These women are committed to our planet, sustainability, and clean healthy living for ourselves and loved ones.

Boho Chic Boutique

Boho Chic focuses on carrying products by artists near and far.  We currently have 57 New York State Artisans featured in our shop that produce goods including soy candles, small reclaimed wooden housewares, jewelry, hand painted wine glasses, pottery, fine art, photography, all natural body care, knitted accessories, tea towels, small furniture, hair accessories and more.  We also focus on carrying lines that pay it forward, donating proceeds to education of underprivileged children or the education of women in India and Africa.   We strive to carry mostly USA made items and even we produce items for sale on the floor.  Other products featured are homemade soaps, greeting cards, t-shirts, scarves, jewelry wooden housewares and Fair-trade companies. We strive to carry socially conscious and eco-friendly products to promote sustainable living. It is a one-of-a-kind shopping experience and we are proud to be located at 90 Front Street Ballston Spa!

Nourish Design Studio

Tree Huggers is proud to collaborate with Nourish Design Studios. We have available in-store in children’s and adults sizing for Wood Road, Milton Terrace, Gordon Creek and Malta Avenue Elementary Schools in the Ballston Spa School District. Every children’s T-shirt sold provides 8 meals to local children and every adult T-shirt provides 16 meals.

I am a NYS Licensed Esthetician with fourteen years in the skin care and healing arts industries. I have a medical aesthetics certification, am a member of the Holistic Skin Care Practitioners Association, a Reiki Master-Teacher, and trained Oncology Skin Care Specialist. I work with cancer organizations all over the Capital District (Hope Club, ACS, Nicole's Hope, Ronald McDonald House) helping patients care for their skin and providing toxic-free facials and Reiki healing. I am currently studying to become a Certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Certified Ayurvedic Beauty Practitioner. I was recently featured on WNYT-13 Albany for my work with cancer teens.

My solo skin care practice focuses on clean beauty and I incorporate plant-based, toxic-free products and treatments. Most products are vegan/vegetarian, non-gmo, eco-friendly, clean, cruelty-free, and cancer friendly. My clientele consists of people with allergies, sensitivities, and those looking for clean and environmentally conscious skin care. I incorporate energy healing  and gemstones into my services! My practice evolved after a tough battle with Lyme Disease, Celiac Disease, multi-chemical sensitivities, and Fibromyalgia which forced me to change my entire life to include a more holistic and clean way of living.
I am also a staff writer and publish a monthly article for Blessings Magazine.
